You agree to notify Matrikalife immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Matrikalife shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

All content on the Platforms, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, icons, software, and design (“Matrikalife Content”), is owned by or licensed to Matrikalife and is protected under copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not, without prior written approval from Matrikalife:
Copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Matrikalife Content.
Use any content for commercial or competitive purposes.
Unauthorized use of Matrikalife Content may result in civil and/or criminal liability under applicable laws.
5. Limited License
Matrikalife grants you a non-exclusive, revocable, personal, non-transferable license to access and use the Platforms strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
6. Product Details & Representation
Product descriptions, images, and other details are provided for general informational and illustrative purposes. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy; however:
Actual product color, design, or appearance may vary from the images shown.
Matrikalife is not liable for minor variations that do not materially affect product quality or functionality.
7. Orders & Contract Formation
Placing an order on the Platforms constitutes an offer to purchase under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. A legally binding contract is formed only when:
The product is dispatched by Matrikalife; and
You receive an order confirmation (via email, SMS, or app notification).
Matrikalife reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

8. Pricing, Fees & Payments
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and, unless otherwise indicated, are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment-related terms are governed by our separate Fees and Payment Policy.
Matrikalife reserves the right to:
Modify prices at any time without prior notice.
Introduce fees or charges for certain Services in the future.
9. Deliveries
Product delivery is governed by our Delivery Policy and is subject to applicable e-commerce rules and regulations. By placing an order, you agree to:
Provide a correct, complete, and deliverable shipping address.
Accept delivery of products, except where the products are damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
10. Prohibited Activities

Not misuse the Services or engage in any activity that may damage Matrikalife’s reputation.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, the Platforms and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Matrikalife makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding:
The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platforms.
The accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any content or products.
Non-infringement of third-party rights.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matrikalife shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or related to:
Your use or inability to use the Platforms or Services.
Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content.
Any unauthorized access to or use of your information.
In any event, Matrikalife’s total aggregate liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, for any claim arising out of or relating to the use of the Platforms or purchase of products shall not exceed INR 1,000 (One Thousand Rupees).
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Matrikalife, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
Your use or misuse of the Platforms or Services.
Your breach of these Terms or any applicable law.
Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
16. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platforms, or the Services shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by Matrikalife.
The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
The language of arbitration shall be English.
The governing law shall be the laws of India.
17. Termination
Matrikalife may suspend or terminate your access to the Platforms or Services if:
You breach these Terms or any other applicable policy.
You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activities.
Matrikalife decides, in its sole discretion, to discontinue or restrict the Services.
All obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination (including payment obligations and indemnities) shall survive such termination.
18. Grievance Redressal
In compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules, Matrikalife has designated the following Grievance Officer:

19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
20. Waiver
No failure or delay by Matrikalife in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any such right, power, or remedy preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right, power, or remedy.
21. Notices
All notices, requests, or communications required or permitted under these Terms shall be in English and in writing, and may be sent to the registered address of Matrikalife or to the designated email address as updated on the Platforms from time to time.
22. Interpretation
Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms. The term “including” shall be construed as “including, without limitation”.
