11. Ownership & Risk
Risk and responsibility pass to the customer once the order is delivered.
Until delivery, the shipment remains Matrikalife’s responsibility.
Title (ownership) transfers upon successful delivery or full payment, whichever is later.
12. Cash on Delivery (COD)
